At NeueStudio, we aim to achieve your goals and ensure project success. We've kept these terms clear and straightforward — no complex legal language, just transparency.
During the project, we typically provide up to three rounds of revisions. Additional work beyond the outlined scope may incur extra fees, with prior approval required before proceeding.
Clients bear responsibility for costs associated with premium assets including fonts, printing, and stock imagery. We'll inform you of potential expenses beforehand and explore free alternatives if desired.
All creative assets and materials produced by NeueStudio during a project will remain the property of NeueStudio until the final project handover and until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Upon payment completion, deliverable ownership transfers to the client. Preliminary works remain studio property.
Clients must provide timely feedback, maintain regular communication, and supply necessary materials. Delays in providing these items may result in project delays.
The agreement is non-refundable and non-transferable. The client agrees to pay the invoiced amount within 7 days. Projects under $2,000 require full upfront payment; larger projects need a 50% deposit with the remaining balance in staged intervals. Alternative arrangements are negotiable.
Clients guarantee all provided materials are legally obtained and appropriately licensed. NeueStudio disclaims liability for licensing infringements related to client-supplied materials.
We are not liable for any print errors, including design errors, content errors, print delays or any other printing-related discrepancies.
Either party may cancel with early notification. Cancellation fees cover assessed costs, incurred expenses, and work completed to that point.
Our fees cover our design and development deliverables only and do not include third-party costs like printing, videography, photography or any other third-party expense.
Invoices are issued regularly to prevent cost accumulation. Out-of-pocket expenses including travel, accommodation, and meals are reimbursed as applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NeueStudio reserves the right to showcase the final deliverables in our portfolio, on social media, and in other promotional materials. Sensitive information remains confidential until public launch.
