About
I'm a designer in Adelaide. I started NeueStudio with an instinct that great design can make a real difference to a business. That instinct proved right, so I kept doubling down.
Every project gets my full attention. I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can give each one the thought and care it deserves.
What I believe
Not decoration. Not trend-chasing. Design that solves a real problem and reflects who you actually are. If it doesn't serve a purpose, it doesn't belong.
A small studio means you work directly with the person who designs your brand. No layers of account managers. No miscommunication. Just clear, direct collaboration.
The difference between good and great lives in the details — the spacing, the font weight, the way a button feels when you click it. I obsess over the small stuff because it adds up.
Background
I'm self-taught. No design degree, just an obsession with figuring out why some things look right and others don't. I started NeueStudio in 2023 because I saw design as a form of problem solving, and I wanted to do it on my own terms.
Since then, I've worked across a broad sweep of clients, from local small businesses to national brands. The scope has grown, but the approach hasn't changed: understand the problem, then design something that actually solves it.
I'm interested in doing excellent work. Not just good enough, not just on time. Work that I'm genuinely proud of and that makes a real difference for the people I work with.
Outside the studio
I tend to pick up a new hobby every few months. It keeps things interesting. Lately it's been F1, agentic AI, chess, and writing. I live in Adelaide with my wife Jasmine, who's a DJ. If you need one, find her at joyfool.com.au.
People I recommend
I work with people who are brilliant at the things I'm not. If you need something outside of what I do, these are the people I'd call.
I'm always open to hearing about new projects. If you think we'd be a good fit, let's have a conversation.
