Terms & Conditions
At NeueStudio, we strive to achieve your defined goals and make your project a success. To ensure a smooth process and address any unforeseen questions or issues, we believe it's essential to outline a few key details of our agreement.
Our contract is designed to be simple and clear, avoiding any complicated legal terms or confusing language. We want you to have a clear understanding of what you are signing and maintain transparency throughout the project.
Revisions & Additions
During the project, we typically provide up to three rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions or work outside of the project scope outlined in this proposal may, at NeueStudio’s sole discretion result in additional fees. We will communicate any potential changes to scope or fees and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.
Allowances
As the client, please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with outside paid assets, such as premium fonts, printing expenses, and stock imagery. We will inform you of any potential costs prior to making any purchases and can investigate free alternatives if preferred.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative assets and materials produced by NeueStudio during this project will remain the property of NeueStudio until the final project handover and until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Upon completion of payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. Preliminary works and unused concepts remain the property of NeueStudio.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback and maintain regular communication throughout the project to ensure smooth progress. The client is also responsible for providing all necessary materials (such as company logos, specific images, or text) required for the completion of the project. Delays in providing these materials or feedback may result in project delays.
Payment Terms
This agreement is non-refundable and non- transferable. The Client agrees to pay the invoiced amount within 7 days.
For projects under $2000, full payment is required upfront. For larger projects, a 50% deposit is due at the project's start, with the remaining balance divided into staged intervals.
We're flexible and open to negotiating alternative payment arrangements to suit your needs.
Client Rights and Licenses
The client guarantees that all provided materials, including fonts and branded assets, are legally obtained and appropriately licensed for use. NeueStudio is not liable for any legal issues or licensing infringements related to materials supplied by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all materials meet legal and licensing requirements.
Print Policy
For print-related services, please note we are not liable for any print errors, including design errors, content errors, print delays or or any other printing-related discrepancies. Responsibility for these outcomes rests with the chosen print providers.
Cancellation Policy
Should either party need to cancel the project, we require notification as early as possible. In the event of cancellation, costs incurred will be assessed and negotiated based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to that point. A fair and reasonable cancellation fee may apply, to compensate for time and resources allocated to the project.
Fee Scope
Our fees cover our design and development deliverables only and do not include third-party costs like printing, videography, photography or any other third-party expense.
Project Fees
Fees will be invoiced on a regular basis to avoid a buildup of costs. We will also seek reimbursement of out of pocket expenses and travel as applicable in order for us to effectively complete the outlined scope of work.
Out of pocket expenses include costs such as airfares, accommodation, meals, tolls, travel, and any other nontime related costs relating to the project. These expenses are not involved in every project, and we will notify you in advance if these expenses are required.
